That's the idea behind the name — and behind how we choose and run each residence.
Rather than scale wide, we keep a small number of one and two bedroom apartments in each city and give each one real attention — furnishing, upkeep, and guest care that doesn't get diluted across hundreds of doors.
Scottsdale, Columbus, and Indianapolis were chosen deliberately — for steady demand and a guest base that isn't looking for a party address. We'd rather host someone on a work trip or a family visit than a weekend crowd.
We're building this in phases, watching how each property performs before we add the next. What you see below is the current footprint, not a finished map.
